Sew U - BBW Simplicity patterns
Your response to the last entry was really encouraging. So on friday afternoon I went to a bookstore to take a look through the Sew U book. Let me just say it was hard to leave empty handed when you get three sewing patterns with the book. Its awesome. I thought about writing up a review, but there are others out there on the web. I decided to point you toward them anyways. This book is really great because it gives you 3 basic patterns, a skirt, pants and a shirt and the tools to customize them to your own liking. There are lots of options for each pattern.
So the reviews out on the web authored by:
->Angry Chicken, thanks for pointing that one out Marielle
->Stacy Sews over at Diary of a Fabric Junkie

Notes on sizing
I almost didn't buy the book after reading the comments the Angry Chicken review
because I read that size 12 was the largest size for the patterns included with the book.
But when I check the book out at the store, I found that size 12 would most likely be sizeable enough to
accomodate my ordinarly size 14 body.
The sizing for the book patterns are the same as those on the BBW website.
FYI - These are NOT the same sizes as you'll need for the Simplicity patterns.
