Holiday Sock Exchange
I've signed up for the Holiday Knits, Sox Exchange organized by Arial over at Wicked Stitches. I really enjoyed the last sock exchange that I took part in that I figured I'd try another!
To aide the knitter who is knitting socks for me, Arial prepared a short survey.
1. What are your foot measurements?
I have big feet. The length of my foot (heel to big toe) is 10.5", equivalent to a women's size 11. The circumference of my foot at the ball is 9".
2. Do you have a favorite sock yarn?
I long sworn that I love Fleece Artist sock yarn. However I recently finished a pair of Koigu socks that I am constantly wearing. I like soft wool socks.
3. Is there a specific pattern you favor?...lace or ribbed?
There's no specific pattern that I favour. I may knit a lot of ribbed socks because I sometimes use sock knitting as my "lazy knitting". However, I'm starting to embrace more textured sock knitting.
4. What colors do you prefer? Do you like solids or stripes?
A few years back I was really into the stripes, but lately I've noticed that I'm into solid colours.
5. Do you have any allergies to a specific fiber?
I'm allergy free!
6. Holiday that you usually celebrate?
Christmas. :)
